Founded in 2009, BrooksIM specializes in database marketing and data quality. We are the data experts. In fact, we’re crazy about providing clean, reliable data. We clean the data to ensure the post office loves your mail pieces. We append the data to give you more information on how to better reach your customers, and we analyze the data just in case there are more customers out there that might be interested in your product or service!
Our process starts with listening to you – our client. What are your needs? What are your demographics? How do you reach your customers? We strive to help you stay current with your customers by narrowing down who your primary customers are and how you can better stay in touch with them.

Founder & CEO
Brooks Hall's passion for marketing led him to start BrooksIM in 2009. His vision is to create a positive work environment where clients can receive the highest customer service as well as a strong financial return on their direct marketing investment. Brooks received his bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a concentration in Advertising and E-Commerce as well as an MBA from Florida Gulf Coast University. His education and 15 years of industry experience has allowed him to gain the expertise needed to identify client needs and understand the full scope of their marketing objectives. This has resulted in proven success over the last 15 years with clients with unique needs including non-profits and Fortune 500 companies.
VP of Client Development
After attending Florida State University, Owen started his career in the financial industry with the nation’s second largest savings and loan. He quickly rose to become the company’s youngest branch manager in Florida. After moving to the direct marketing industry, Owen established a successful track record of customer retention, satisfaction, and growth. He is responsible for various aspects of our new business development, sales, and customer service across BrooksIM’s extensive line of products and services. With over 10 years of experience in the industry, he is still passionate about helping clients succeed in all aspects of their marketing and outreach campaigns. As an avid fan of Florida State Seminoles football, Owen looks forward to that magical day each year when his Noles destroy Shehan’s hometown Miami Hurricanes.
VP of Sales & Client Relations
Through his keen ambition and drive for impossible goals (he would like to see the Dolphins win the Super Bowl for example) Shehan has lead the sales & retention charge here at BrooksIM for over 5 years. Originally from Miami with a passion for global travel, he was dubbed "Mr Worldwide" until the cease & desist letter from the rapper, Pitbull, arrived. Shehan graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Interdisciplinary Social Science. He could tell you what that is, but unfortunately the first rule Interdisciplinary Social Science is to not talk about Interdisciplinary Social Science. Shehan is dedicated to finding the perfect solution for his clients and will answer the bell (and phone) time and again for them as he has done over his entire 11 year marketing career.
VP of National Accounts and Marketing
David is a seasoned senior marketing professional and has lead marketing for several Fortune 1000 companies. He is experienced in the business services arena where he served as Executive Vice President at Camelot Communications, a strategic marketing and media agency, where he led client services for 7-Eleven convenience stores. David has successfully driven results for a wide variety of clients including: Johnson & Johnson, Abbott Ophthalmology, Weston Bakery Ltd., Dairy Management Incorporated, U.S. Dairy Incorporated, U.S. Dairy Export Council, venture capital firms, and more.
David was also a Chief Marketing Officer with Chief Outsiders, the country’s largest interim CMO firm, helping clients accelerate growth, where he successfully served as Chief Marketing Officer for a large Texas-based Hispanic grocery store chain, among other clients.
